This 1-Day Training is specifically designed for St. Paul College Pasig's Managers, Academic Coordinators, and the assigned Program Manager. Our core objective is to equip your leadership team with a comprehensive understanding and actionable strategies for the successful school-wide rollout, integration, and sustained management of the Pythaverse TwinSpace and AI initiative, aligning with St. Paul's educational vision.

Below is the session-by-session breakdown for our strategic training day.
Session 1 (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM): The Future of Learning at St. Paul – Embracing AI & Immersive Technologies
Objective: Inspire managers with the "big picture" potential of AI in education and introduce Pythaverse & TwinSpace as key partners in this vision.
Summary: Condensed "Optimized Use of AI in Education" presentation focusing on strategic impact. Introduction to Pythaverse's mission and the TwinSpace platform, including its key educational features and a high-impact demo. Initial Q&A.

Session 2 (9:00 AM - 10:15 AM): Understanding the Teacher Experience & Available Resources
Objective: Provide managers with a clear overview of what their teachers learned in their 2-day training, the tools they were introduced to, and the resources available to support them.
Summary: Walkthrough of the 2-Day Teacher Training agenda. Showcase of the "TwinSpace Teacher Training Companion Website" and its AI Chatbot. Overview of key tools: Meshy.ai, ThoughtCoCreate (TCC), Pythaverse AI Teacher Certification Path, and the TS-DTPG (TwinSpace Design Thinking Project Generator). Discussion on anticipated teacher support needs.

Summary: Deep dive into St. Paul's MOA responsibilities, focusing on the Program Manager's role as a central coordinator. Presentation of a "First 90 Days" checklist covering communication, resource checks, familiarization, teacher check-ins, champion identification, planning internal sharing, and Pythaverse liaison. Group discussion for customization to St. Paul's context.

Session 4 (1:00 PM - 2:45 PM): Step-by-Step Rollout Scenarios – By Grade Level & Pedagogical Approach
Objective: Provide concrete, step-by-step models for deploying TwinSpace across different grade levels (1-12) using varied pedagogical strategies.
Summary: Interactive workshop exploring three core scenarios:
- TwinSpace as an Immersive Teaching Tool & Exploration Space (Grades 1-5): Teacher-created rooms for immersive lessons and student exploration, linked to offline activities.
- TwinSpace as an Interactive Learning Hub (Grades 4-7): Teacher-curated hubs with information points and links to external resources.
- TwinSpace for "Learning by Doing" – Design Thinking Driven Student Creation & Contests (Grades 7-12): Student-led projects using Design Thinking (supported by TS-DTPG) and potential for school contests.

Session 5 (3:00 PM - 4:15 PM): Fostering Continuous Growth & Preparing for Quarterly Reviews
Objective: Discuss strategies for ongoing teacher support, professional development, and preparing for effective quarterly milestone reviews with Pythaverse.
Summary: Strategies for ongoing teacher support (check-ins, internal sharing). Promoting Pythaverse AI Teacher Certification Path & TCC/School Contests. Preparing for Quarterly Partnership Milestone Reviews: data/feedback collection, Program Manager's role, using review outcomes for improvement. Brief discussion on long-term student progression to advanced TwinSpace packages.

Session 6 (4:15 PM - 5:00 PM): Action Planning & Open Forum
