   This is our most important rule. Treat everyone with professional courtesy. Healthy debate is encouraged, but it must be focused on ideas, not individuals. Assume good intent, offer constructive feedback, and always communicate with respect, even when you disagree.
2. Share Generously and Credit Others.
   This community thrives on the sharing of knowledge, resources, and experiences. We encourage you to share your successes, your challenges, and the tools you find useful. When sharing work or ideas that are not your own, please give credit to the original source. Respect intellectual property and copyright.
3. Stay On Topic and Add Value.
   Help keep conversations focused and productive by posting in the relevant topic areas (e.g., #AIinHistory, #ProjectBasedLearning). Before posting, consider if your contribution adds value to the ongoing discussion. This helps everyone find the information they need more easily.
4. Keep it Professional.
   This is a network for educators. Please refrain from posting content that is overly personal, unrelated to the field of education, or would be inappropriate in a professional setting.

Strict Prohibitions: What is Not Allowed

To protect the safety and integrity of our community, the following are strictly forbidden. Violating these rules will result in immediate content removal and potential account action.

• No Harassment, Bullying, or Hate Speech.
  Personal attacks, insults, intimidation, and discriminatory language of any kind (related to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) will not be tolerated.
• No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion.
  Sharing a useful resource from your blog is welcome; repeatedly posting unsolicited links to commercial products or services is not. All promotional content must be relevant, non-repetitive, and add clear value to the community.
• No Plagiarism or Intellectual Property Theft.
  Do not post content that you do not own the rights to. Always credit your sources.
• No Illegal or Harmful Content.
  Do not post content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, promotes illegal acts, or contains dangerous misinformation.
• No Sharing of Private Information.
  For your own safety and the privacy of others, do not share private contact information (like phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses) in public posts.

How We Uphold These Guidelines

• Your Role: Reporting. Every member is a steward of the community. If you see a post or comment that violates these guidelines, please use the “Report” feature. This is the fastest way to bring it to the attention of our moderation team.
• Our Role: Moderation. The Pythaverse team actively moderates the community. We review all user reports and take action based on these guidelines.
• Consequences. Our goal is to educate, but we will act to protect the community. Actions for violating guidelines may include:
  1. A friendly warning.
  2. Content removal.
  3. A temporary suspension of posting privileges.
  4. A permanent removal (ban) from the Pythaverse community for severe or repeat offenses.

TWINSPACE USER GUIDE

To change the information, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Pythaverse account

Once logged in, you will be able to access to your workspace.

Log in to your Pythaverse account

Step 2. Click “Profile”

Hover over and click “Profile” to open your profile page.

Step 3. Update Personal Information

• After clicking “Profile” you’ll be directed to your user profile page, where you can update various personal information (if desired).
• The information you can modify includes
• Student name: Change your first and last name in this section.
• Password: Refer to the ‘Change the Password’ section to view detailed step-by-step instructions.
• Email address: Update your email address as needed.
• Date of Birth: Update your date of birth.
• Country: select your country.
• State/City/Province: select State/City/Province.
• School Name: select or input your school name.
• (You cannot edit the faded field).

Step 4. Click “Submit”

Click “Submit” button to save the information and complete the personal information update.

How to change the password

To change the password, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click “Profile”

• Once you’ve logged into your account and accessed your workspace, click on “Profile”

Step 2. Click “Change password”

Click “Change password” to initiate the password change process

Step 3. Start changing your password

To change your password, you need to enter the following information:

• Password: Enter your current password in the “Password” field. This confirms that you have the authorization to change the password.
• New Password: Type the password you want to use. Make sure it meets any password requirements set by the platform, such as a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Confirmation: Re-enter the new password exactly as you typed it in the previous step. This helps ensure that you haven’t made any typing errors.

After entering all the information, click “Save” button to apply the changes.

• To verify that the new password is functioning, log out of your account and then log back in using the updated password.

• The Learning Management System specifically designed to enhance learning experience, track Learners progress, produce progress reports, log achievement into digital assets, ease content delivery to classroom, and to help Facilitators to assess Learners individually or in groups.
• It encompasses all the pythaverse Learning tools (PSim, PHub, PCode, PGit, PLab, PVr, PAvatar, etc).

• PAvatar is short for Pythaverse Avatar. It is a design tool designed for students to create personal avatars on the Pythaverse platform. Through the use of this tool, students can enhance their creativity in the fields of design and art.

PCode is short for Pythaverse Code. It is a collection of tools used for programming, including: PGit, PMinetest Blockly, Leanbot Blockly, Leanbot IDE.

• PGit stands for Pythaverse Git. It is a cloud-based version control system for programming files, tracking changes, and collaborating on code.
• Students can download source code to their computers or upload source code from their computers to PGit for storage.
• PGit can be used anytime, anywhere with a computer by logging in to the Pythaverse account.

• PHub stand for Pythaverse Hub – 3D environment is designed to simulate classroom, conference room… and to explore various virtual spaces specifically designed for learning purposes
• PHub is a Common verse of Pythaverse. This is an open interoperable metaverse that can integrate with 3rd party metaverse, digital assets, and blockchains. Participants, including educators, parents, students, and visitors, can join virtually and visit (free or paid) public events and spaces, such as museums, galleries, workshops, competitions, and themed parks.

Login to your Pythaverse account

1. Enter the Username and Password provided.
2. Click on Login to access Pythaverse account.

GETTING STARTED WITH PYTHAVERSE

Visiting the Student Workspace

After successfully logging into your account, you will see the Student Workspace (Learning space Management page). Here, you will be able to view:

1. Dashboard (View and access the main feature and content)
2. My Courses (View enrolled enrolled courses)
3. My Contests (Manage registered contests).
4. Learning Tools (Access the learning tools provided by Pythaverse)
5. Leanbot (Manage purchased Leanbot)
6. My Twinspace (Discover the virtual world)
7. My Achievement (View and manage achievement)
8. My Orders (View and manage the submitted orders)
9. My Profile (Manage user’s information)
10. Help (Access to the knowledge base)
11. From PGuide (Quickly view the user activity in Contests and Course)
12. My Badges (View and manage the achieved badge from Contests or Course)
13. Enrolled Courses (View and access the enrolled courses)
14. My Contests (View and access the registered contests)
15. Other courses and Contests (Discover the new courses and contests)
16. Notification (View notifications from contests, orders, courses and more)

Accessing the PLearn Page

• At 13. Enrolled Courses item, click on “Go” to access the enrolled course on PLearn.

Updating Information

Edit personal information (if necessary)

• Select Profile to view personal information.
• Edit the information you want to change.
• Click Submit to save.

Add parent account from the student’s account

At the My Profile screen, click Add Parent to connect the parent account:

• To connect with an existing Parent account on Pythaverse, enter the Username (Parent’s account username) on Pythaverse into the Username field and click on “Connect this account” (1). 
• Or students enter Parent’s email in the Email box and click ‘Send Invitation‘ to invite parents to create an account on Pythaverse (2).

• After the parent successfully connects the account with the child, the student’s account profile will display the parent’s information as follows:

Access Learning Tools

• On the Student Workspace page, students can access Learning tools on Pythaverse, such as: PAvatar, PSim, PGit, PHub, PMinetest Blockly, Leanbot IDE, Leanbot Blockly, PNote, PLab, PVr, etc..
• The latest tools will be continuously updated here.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PLEARN

PLearn is a learning management system specifically designed to enhance the learning experience, track progress, generate learning reports, record achievements in digital assets, make it easy for learners to access the course and support teachers in valuating each student individually or in class groups.

VIEW DASHBOARD

The Dashboard displays the following information:

• Courses Enrolled: is the total number of courses enrolled.
• Courses Completed: is the total number of completed courses.
• Activities Completed: is the number of completed operations.
• Activities Due: is the number of activities that are due and need to be completed.

VIEW COURSES PROGRESS

The progress of a course is calculated by the percentage of completed activities within the course.

VIEW THE COURSES

Click the ‘Open quick menu‘ icon and select ‘Course Archive Page‘ to view courses on PLearn.

VIEW MY COURSES

• To view recently accessed course: Select the “Recently accessed courses” tab.
• To view the learning progress: Select the “My Learning” tab.
• To view registered courses: Select the “My courses” tab.
• To view an overview of the course: Select the “Course overview” tab.

SEARCH COURSES

You can search for suitable courses based on course name in the Course overview

• In the “Search box: Enter a course name
• Click the “Enter” key to find.

VIEW COMPLETION LEVELS

Students can see the level of completion in the courses.

CALENDAR, EVENTS

• You can create reminders for important milestones and view upcoming events by clicking on the Calendar, Upcoming Events, Timeline.

• Create a study schedule or event:

1. Select Calendar
2. Click on New event
3. At Event title: enter the Title; at Date: select date and time; click Show more to enter more information.
4. Click Save.

CONTROL PANEL ON ‘DASHBOARD’

• On the Dashboard, open the control panel, click on the Open block drawer icon located in the upper right corner.

1. Resource exchange, Change PMinetes login password at My Passcode => students will be guided detail in the course Build a Sustainable City in Pythaverse.
2. View Recently Visited Courses in My socials.
3. View the Latest badges.

PLEARN LEARNING GUIDE

ACCESS MY COURSES

• After logging into PLearn, you will see your courses on the green Course Progress bar (when at least one lesson has been completed).
• Click on the course name to enter the course

LEARNING AND PRACTICING IN THE COURSE

• Each course will have Course menu, including many sections such as:
• Learning Instructions
• Course Description/ Introduction
• List of Lession (Units)
• After accessing the course, you can navigate and click on the lesson names in the Course Menu (on the left side) to view the content.
• Each course will have different content and requirements. Students open each lesson to view lectures, follow instructions, and submit assignments for completion. These results will be automatically recorded by the system and displayed on the right side of the screen.
• The illustration is from the course “Build a Sustainable City in Pythaverse“.

VIEW LEARNING INSTRUCTIONS

To view learning instructions, select the ‘Learning Instructions’. This provides guidance to help students understand and perform activities, tasks, or assignments related to the course.

VIEW COURSE INFORMATION

To view course information, select the ‘Course Information’. This section provides detailed information about the course, such as course description, objectives, study plan, etc, to help students understand the goals, tasks, and learning path of the course.

START LEARNING

Students open each Unit (lesson) sequentially to perform the following activities:

• Watch Lectures: Students self-study the lectures to grasp the knowledge and skills provided through the lessons.
• Take Quizzes (if available).
• Engage in Sharing Activities (if available).
• Submit Practical Assignments: These may include programming exercises, video presentations, robot running videos, etc., as required for each lesson.

• Note: Students watch lectures and complete activities sequentially in the course to unlock the next set of activities.
• In the course, completed activities are transitioned from sea-blue color to green

View lectures

• Click on the name of each lesson in the left menu to view the lectures.

• View lectures slide by slide: Click on each slide in the navigation bar.
• Note that during the first viewing, you need to go through the slides in sequence to unlock the lessons.

• Complete the quiz in the lecture (if available) and click Check to verify the answers.

• If you choose the correct result, the following screen will be displayed:

• If you choose the wrong result, click Retry to try again.

• A lesson is considered completed after the student has viewed all the lecture slides and selected “Next activity” to proceed to the next activity within the same lesson, or select “Next section” to move to the next lesson.

Take Quizzes (if available)

• Select Attempt quiz to start the quiz.

• Select the answer at (1) and click Next page (2) to move to the next question.

• After selecting the answer for the last question, click Finish attempt… to complete the quiz.

Sharing activities (if available)

• In the course, the instructor can introduce open-ended topics for students to interact, discuss, and share experiences in the learning process, programming, etc.

• Students click on the discussion topic to view and participate in the discussion. Choose Reply (1), Enter the response at (2), and click Post to forum (3) to submit the answer.

Submit practice exercises (if available)

• Click Add submission to open the file upload link from the computer.

• You need to submit assignments as required in the lesson. 

         >> If the assignment is saved on PGit (https://git.pythaverse.space/), copy the link from PGit and paste it into the Online text box (2).

        >> Or if it’s an image, video presentation, or task video saved on your computer, You can drag and drop files here to add them at (3), then press the Save changes (4) button as shown in the image to submit the assignment.

• The completed submission is marked as Done: Make a submission

VIEW COURSE CONTENT LIST

• Click Open course index ở bên trái màn hình.

• View grades for each course: Click on Grade, then select the course you want to view the grades for.

After completing the course, click on the View certificate button to see the certificate.
