Welcome teachers to the user guide for the Teacher instruction interface on the Pythaverse system. This tool helps teachers manage classes, track student progress, create new courses, and organize STEM robot lessons.

1. Dashboard (Teacher’s Homepage) #

Interface Description: The Teacher’s Dashboard focuses on teaching management, including:

• Student Performance Dashboards: Teachers can quickly track the status of the classes they are teaching with their respective subjects. Teachers can monitor Student course completion rate, Student engagement index, Number of students who need teacher’s attention and encouragement, Number of outstanding students, and Total number of enrolled students.
• Teaching courses: The total number of classes/courses that the teacher is directly in charge of.
• Schedule: Teaching schedule.

2. Courses (Course Management & Teaching) #

The teacher’s course system is divided into 4 sections:

• All Courses: All courses that the teacher is participating in.

• My Courses: Courses in which the teacher is participating (under other roles such as Student, Teaching Assistant, etc.).

3. Students (Class Student List) #

Interface Description: The interface for tracking the list of students in each class managed by the teacher.

4. Reports #

• Interface Description: The report system analyzing student competency, student system access logs, grade reports, completed assignments, etc.

5. Learning Tools (Learning Tools) #

The list of learning tools supporting teachers during the teaching process and guiding students in their learning on the Pythaverse platform.

• Learning: Explore diverse ways to solve problems with the PTutor Learning Assistant. Teachers can access virtual labs and digital educational content through PLab, or visit the homepage of competitions organized by Pythaverse and its partners.
• Creating: Provides a list of tools that help teachers and students write code for Leanbot using supported programming languages such as C++, Blockly, and Python. Teachers can also train their own AI with Q&A content customized by themselves.

6. Contest Management (Contest Management) #

Interface Description: Teachers can manage and track information on competitions that have been, are being, or are about to be organized by the school where they work.

7. My Twinspace (Virtual Interaction Space) #

• View: An internal learning social network space that helps teachers and students discuss lessons by joining rooms with unique pixel character models.

8. My Achievement (Teacher’s Achievement) #

Interface Description: Displays certificates of completion for STEM teacher training programs, achievement badges, and teaching credentials earned.

9. My profile #

Interface Description: Teachers can access this section to view and update personal information such as email, display name, password, etc.
