2. What is the Pythaverse Partner Workspace? #

The Partner Workspace is a dedicated management platform designed for Pythaverse’s channel partners. It provides a comprehensive toolset for:

  • Network Management: Onboard new schools and manage your entire portfolio of educational institutions.
  • User & Account Administration: Oversee all user accounts (students, teachers) within your network and create sub-admin accounts with role-based permissions for your team.
  • Inventory & Allocation: Manage your decoupled inventories of Course Licenses and Physical Products (Leanbot), and handle the entire allocation workflow from Distributor to your own pool, and from your pool down to schools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Gain critical insights into the performance and activity of the schools you manage.

  • School Orders: View and Approve/Reject license/product orders submitted by the schools you manage.
  • Partner Contracts: Create new contracts to request additional inventory (both course licenses and Leanbot products) from your upstream Distributor to replenish your pool.

This is where you manage the entities and users within your network.

  • School List: View, add, and edit the profiles of all schools under your management.
  • Student & Teacher Lists: View, create, edit, and export lists of all students and teachers across your managed schools.
  • Account Creation: A dedicated area to handle bulk user creation requests via file uploads.

Your inventory is now split into two distinct and accurate categories for clear management.

  • License Pool: A dashboard exclusively for your Course Licenses.
    • View high-level KPIs for each license category (SWRP, ASP, etc.), including Total, Used (Allocated to Schools), and Available (in your pool).
    • See a detailed breakdown of all course licenses, both in your pool and those allocated to specific schools.
  • Leanbot Management / Product Inventory (New): A dedicated dashboard exclusively for your Physical Products.
    • View KPIs and a detailed table for all Leanbot Kits and Accessories you hold in stock.
    • Track inventory levels separately from course licenses.
  • License Management: A comprehensive reporting tool for all course licenses.
    • All Licenses Tab: A master list of every license you own, showing whether it’s in your “Pool License” or allocated to a Partner/School (“Entity”).
